Naresh Aggarwal is the Managing Director of Jaycee Punching Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Under his leadership, Jaycee has become a leading player in specialized manufacturing in less than a decade from setup. Naresh is widely recognized as a noteworthy entrepreneur specializing in operations and strategy. During the course of his 35 year career, he has worked with Sterling Tools and Pooja Forge, amongst other entities owned by the family. He has constantly been at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

Keshav Aggarwal is a graduate in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is an MBA with executive education from Indian School of Business. He has previously worked in Advisory Services at EY India. Keshav brings his keen analytical ability to the business and spearheads strategy at Jaycee.

Dharminder is an Indian Navy Veteran with over 4 decades of rich experience in operations, maintenance, and technical sales. He is closely associated with Kirloskar/ Cummins, Volvo, Mahindra and Ashok Leyland companies for their Genset engines and pumps through various OEMs. He has also previously worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and Tafe Motors & Tractors Ltd (Eicher Engines) as All India Sales Head in engine application business/ Genset Retail sales.

R P Singh is a senior techno commercial professional with a degree in mechanical engineering (IIT Roorkee) and post graduation in industrial engineering (IIT Delhi) as well as several senior degrees and fellowships (F.I.E., M.I.I.E., M.I.M.A., C.ENG.) from other reputed engineering colleges/ professional institutions. He has over four decades of industrial experience in several reputed private sector initiatives and a wealth of experience and expertise in government undertakings, materials, plant and machinery selection and management across automobile, newsprint, and textile manufacturing. He is well-versed in industrial engineering, tool design, value engineering, and capital equipment manufacturing with advanced CNC technology. He has also worked on the manufacture of radars, telecom equipment, pumps, compressors, elevators, web offset printing presses and stone crushing machinery.

Rajender is responsible for driving growth in the Telecom & Corporate Business at Jaycee, and has been working with the organization since its inception. Rajender is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in the Genset industry and has handled key roles in various capacities such as Product Service Support & Key Account Sales, and Strategic and Operational Planning. Rajender is a qualified mechanical engineer with an MBA in Operations & Management from Karnataka University.

Sakshi brings new energy to the power business, drawing from a rich tapestry of industry experiences. She has also recently supplemented her practical knowledge with a Masters in Management from University College London – her second postgraduate degree. Prior to joining Jaycee, Sakshi has worked with PwC, WordsWork PR, and World Wildlife Fund, and earned degrees in Sociology and Sustainable Development. Marketing and sustainability are key areas of focus and interest for her.
